I'm a writer, photographer, student, traveler - the list goes on. I currently live and work in Boston while earning a BA in journalism and English at Northeastern University.
Currently, I am working as a living and arts correspondent for The Boston Globe. Previously, I reported on Massachusetts' state government for the State House News Service. My writing has been featured in various outlets, including NPR’s WBUR, POLITICO, Masslive, Commonwealth Magazine, The Berkshire Eagle and The Lowell Sun. I am also the music director and editor-in-chief of WRBB 104.9, Northeastern University’s student-run radio station. In the last year, I served as the city editor of Northeastern’s independent newspaper, The Huntington News, and currently work for them remotely as a copyeditor.
Outside of journalism, I host a weekly radio program that discusses new music, current events and Latinx artists that have and are currently breaking boundaries in the music industry. It airs on Sundays from 9 to 10 pm on wrbbradio.org. I also love to cook, read novels, listen to podcasts, run and am a huge Celtics fan.
